For #ThrowbackThursday I share with you that on Friday, July 26 I stood up without a boot for the first time. That was also the last day I took medicine. My next appointment is the 9th so hopefully PT will commence soon and I can get back to squatting atg.

For #ThrowbackThursday I share with you that on Monday, July 1. All they did was remove my cast and make sure my stitches were not infected. Everything is all good for now and hopefully they will be removed during my next appointment on 7/12

For #SelfieTuesday I share with you that on Wednesday, June 5 the orthopedic specialists removed my initial cast and replaced it with a walking boot for my achilles injury. Most importantly they scheduled the MRI for 6/21 (which ultimately ended up being the C's championship parade.)
