as you may know, a certain jolteon went to see superm live in madison square garden last night... 😊 allow me to tell you what all went down!

i can’t stand the rain

a perfect song to start off the show

the vocals and the dancing were both spectacular

although i was pretty sure they were lip-syncing

literally the second they appeared on stage i started screaming OH MY GOD IT’S THEM IT’S THEM IT’S THEM IT’S THEM

oh, can i mention that the little dance break before taem’s solo stage beautifully showcased all the members’ dancing talents?

they did a little recap of the songs they did, and baek singing a bit of danger was beautiful

they all looked so excited to be here 

and i noticed that baek was wearing the ‘my cat is a rockstar’ t-shirt, which was adorable

ten told us that he was a lil nervous before performing

but we were able to give him the courage to do his best!

those vocals sounded like they were coming from the gates of heaven themselves

and considering i’ve listened to new heroes before, it was a new experience hearing it live

his dancing was amazing

SURPRISE, LUCAS!

honestly, i wasn’t expecting yukhei’s solo number to come right after ten’s but i was pleasantly surprised, to say in the least

the video they were projecting onto the screens behind him showed him at his absolute cutest

and the bass went boom indeed

i literally screamed baek’s name and held it out for a good ten or fifteen seconds before my lungs threatened to implode

baek did the upside-down v thing with his fingers! dunno why, but i love that!

he definitely put the rolling in ‘rolling, rolling, rolling hills’... ;)

he made a finger heart at the end! so CUTE!

i love the little acapella bit they put in the beginning

but honestly, i was too busy screaming for joy to feel like a dangerous woman

why is it considered a new song? are they gonna release it on a new album?

superm really outdid themselves during their latest performance of jopping, huh?

All is quiet in the SuperM dormitory, but deep within a room shrouded in shadows, six hooded figures gather in the gloom. There is business to attend to.

“My brothers,” the tallest of the figures speaks, his deep voice filling the darkness, “this is a momentous occasion. Today marks the first meeting of our coven, the Sacred Order of SuperM Shawols.” 

“Wait a sec, that spells S.O.S.S. Why exactly did you name it tha-”

“Silence, Brother Baekhyun!” the tallest thunders. “Do not speak unless spoken to!” A pause, and then he clears his throat. “Anyway, the meeting shall commence after I, Brother Lucas, the founder of our coven and Shawol Supreme, bring it to order. And with these words, the inaugural meeting of the Sacred Order of SuperM Shawols shall now commence.

“Now, as we know, our lord and fellow bandmate Taemin hails from the blessed gathering known as SHINee. As of now, he is blissfully unaware of our coven and we must keep it that way. However,” Brother Lucas continues, pausing for dramatic effect, “we must shower him with as much love and adoration for him and his music, both from his solo works and with SHINee.” He makes a sweeping gesture towards a candlelit shrine adorned with framed photos of Taemin, SHINee lightsticks, and other memorabilia, then glances towards one of his brethren, asking, “Brother Ten, how has our praise for our savior made him feel?”

“We have succeeded in making Lord Taemin feel exceptionally loved and cherished amongst our group, Brother Lucas,” Brother Ten responds. “In fact, I was listening to one of his albums one day, and as he passed by my room, he smiled at me.”

“Very well, Brother Ten. Brother Kai, you seem to be very close to Lord Taemin. What have you done with him recently?” 

“Well, we were out for a walk in the city, and we bought ice cream. Also....” Brother Kai blushes a little, unseen in the darkness. “He held my hand...” Brother Lucas nods, letting out a small hum as the others murmur to each other.

“Permission to speak, Brother Lucas?” A voice cuts through the darkness, coming from one of the members standing next to Brother Taeyong.

“Permission granted, Brother Mark. What have you to say about our lord and savior?”

Brother Mark clears his throat. “You see, like, remember that one time we had that interview with Wired? Yeah, like, I still remember Taemin’s reaction to when I told him I liked listening to ‘Juliette’ by SHINee. That soft little gasp just melted my heart.” 

“Well spoken, Brother Mark,” Brother Lucas agrees, nodding and trying to fight back tears. “We were all in our feels that day.” 

The other members put in their two cents about Taemin, their answers ranging from simply hanging out with him to more outlandish things, such as going skydiving with him. Finally, Brother Lucas, drawing himself up to his impressive six-foot-tall height, decides to make some closing remarks.

“And thus concludes our first meeting of the Sacred Order of SuperM Shawols. We shall meet again when the time is right, which I’m thinking should be tomorrow at 2:30 p.m.” A chorus of “Hear, hear!” rises up from the other five, going on for some time before Brother Lucas silences them with a raised hand.

“And now, the inaugural meeting of the Sacred Order of SuperM Shawols is adjourned, but not before listening to our anthem. Gentlemen?” Pulling a phone out from his voluminous hooded robe, he presses play, and the six young men bow their heads in respectful silence as music begins to fill the air.
