More about the Mourning Au!

The Royal Bean Family is aware of Fawful's power, and treat him as a very large, near cataclysmic threat.

Queen bean orders troop after troop to go and find him, with only about 6 percent of it returning to the kingdom.

Lady Lima is in charge of magic and gaining allies from other kingdoms.

Prince Peasley has been given orders to stay hidden completely from sight. He ignores these instructions obviously, and makes sure that the citizens of his kingdom/village are safe. He secretly communicates with Marty about Fawful's state, and makes sure his kingdom is ready for whatever hits it may take.

After HEAVY persuasion (and the promise of a royal pardon) , Popple helps Peasley with getting people to safety.

Fawful's mental state deteriorates every day. He grows more powerful.

I am really proud of this artwork! Took me a while to finish this, but it's done! This is artwork for Mario and Luigi: Of Love and Revenge, a game idea of mine where a revived and married Cackletta and Antasma seek world domination and revenge together.

The bat couple, along with their daughters Twilheena and Heealuna, have the McGuffin of the game, The Heart of True Love, in their grasp. This artifact will grant any wish to a couple who is truly in love.Meanwhile, others are grieving over the consequences of this.

Queen Bean is crying because she knows she is responsible for Cackletta's revival in the first place, and is upset that she is back to her old ways. Pi'illoper is upset over the Beanbean and Pi'illo Kingdom's rivalry, and the villain couple taking advantage of the situation. Dreambert is upset over Antasma's evil, and feels so guilty over his actions that pushed him to the point of villainy. As for Luigi, he feels like such a failure, and pesky Heealuna takes advantage of that with the horrible nightmares she inflicts on him.

Here's an Au I've started working on! This is an Au in which everything Fawful did after Superstar Saga was completely trigged by Cackletta's demise.

TW: Crappy drawn blood/mentions of murder, slight abuse, and rotting. (?)

Fawful found the dark star way earlier, and became much more colder and crueler. Cackletta being destroyed completely broke something in him, making him unstable and nearly manic. The only thing on his mind now, is avenging his beloved master and putting an end to the Bros. He will not hesitate to "remove" any obstacles in his way.

Marty despises him in this au..but didn't always. There was an accident when Fawful first tried to use the dark star's powers. It was getting out of control, and Marty tried to stop him. In a fit of rage, Fawful launched whatever attack he was charging and blasted them in the chest. As a result of the blast, the dark star is now eating away at their body, and if it is left untreated, it will cause them to perish painfully.

Fawful doesn't treat Marty or his minions well. He usually shoves them out of the way or berates them heavily. Midbus and the BFF's try to live up to his standards, but show empathy for him even if he hurts them. Marty risks their life constantly, as they show disrespect towards him. They think that if they go against his wishes, it'll somehow snap him back to normal.

Fawful is in constant pain. To avoid "wasting the star's power quickly", he retracts bits of its matter and injects it into himself, studying the affects on his body. His arms, legs, and chest have started turning black, as if the body is rotting. He knows that it is slowly killing him.

He doesn't care though.

He just wants her back.

Peasley and Fawful look nearly the same, with slightly different hair and added lashes. Popple sort of too, but his clothes changed.

Marty was also affected by this..they're enjoying the hell out of it.
