Sir! I need you to look at this new projection for Q2! Our outgoing figures are far higher than our incoming figures and if we circle back on this, we experienced a marginal decline in overall earnings when compared to the same period last year, primarily driven by macroeconomic legal headwinds, fluctuating crime conditions, and a challenging landscape. Despite a strong focus on operational efficiencies and strategic alignment with core business objectives, the year-over-year performance-SIR!!! Are you listening?! This is very important!
