All sorts of different things contribute. Were you stressed out? Did you sleep well? Did you get meals on time? There's so many little variables that a week by week weigh in isn't really the best method of tracking. See if you can get some calipers and track your bf%, that helped me a lot
Stressed out: Not in particular, just the “usual” amount (which is to say, still a lot ^^’). Sleeping: The last two nights were better but I slept 2 1/2 hours in the night to Saturday 😪 Meals in time: Dinner was pretty late on Saturday on Sunday 🤷♀️ ...
I know in theory there is so much that can throw me off but still 😢. I haven’t been able to track my progress with photos and measurements because I really don’t see much of a change in pictures and don’t know if that’s body dysmorphia or if there isn’t one, and either a) my body composition is changing all over the place randomly, or b) I just suck at measuring consistently (it’s probably b)), so I’m back to the scale.
I’ll have to look into these calipers! (Also, I have a trainer appointment at the gym today, I might ask him if they have any way to measure body fat ...)

Actually not quite - I didn’t finish the mission completely! But yes, that’s it with Season 5 :). There’s still a bit of Radio Abel, I think, and then it’s off to Season 6!

Shit you're doing better than I am, walking breaks arent a bad thing. Part of crossfit (for me) was learning the hard parts so I could crush past em then catch my breath
Well, the plan I’m following calls for “continuous running” which I kinda understood to mean “no walking breaks” ;). But yeah, I think I’ll just take my breaks when I need them, it’s okay!
