Help Keep Pixelmon from being shutdown!
Alright so a vast majority of you know about Pokemon Uranium; a Pokemon fan game that was shut down nearly a day or so after it came out. Well, the Pokemon Company wants to shut down a minecraft mod that has been around much much longer.
Pixelmon has been a long time favorite of mine and many other pokemon fans who also enjoy minecraft! The Dev team has never stopped working on the mod, and have been updating it non-stop with new features, bug fixes, and new pokemon for years and years and now all of a sudden the Pokemon Company has decided to shut it down.
Like nearly all minecraft mods, Pixelmon works for free. All the developers take time out of their day to work on this mod for FREE, but because Pokemon fears losing any sum of money due to this game, they have forced them to stop all work on the mod. This means no more bug fixes, no more updates with new pokemon to be added, no new features.
If you would like to help support the Pixelmon community in convincing the Pokemon Company to let Pixelmon continue, PLEASE sign this petition.

We have even been offered help from multiple legal experts to defend the mod. Even if you personally don’t think this petition will work, I encourage you to sign anyways. It’s better to try and fail than to fail without trying at all, and be left wondering “Could I have made a difference?”
