Sadie Seawell’s Powers

Energy Blasts: 

Sadie has the power to harness the energy from plants that they captured during photosynthesis, and then turn that energy into powerful blasts that have the ability to burn and/or disintegrate her enemies. Though she does have to be a radius of nature/wildlife to be able to use this ability. If she isn’t in reach of any plant life, then her powers are basically non-existent. She can save/store up energy for moments when she is not in reach of wildlife. Her dad created these modified charm bracelets that allow her to save/store up energy, and the bracelets tell her how much she has left to use. The bracelets activate whenever she’s within reach of wildlife and can fill up on their own. 

Light: 

Due to the light energy that comes along with her powers, she can also light up dark areas by snapping her fingers, and a small ball of light will appear which she can then use to illuminate her surroundings or carry with her. This light is hard to put out by an outside source, almost impossible. But Sadie can easily put it out herself. She can also decide how big or small the light source is.

Sadie Seawell Moodboard

Sadie’s Personality: 

Though she is young, Sadie has a very strong personality that people can't help but be drawn to. Her optimism is the hallmark of who she is, and when things don't seem to be looking so great, Sadie is there to make the situation feel a little better. Bubbly and welcoming, Sadie has many friends, and seems to be a on a path to befriending everyone in the world. She can't seem to accept the fact that people may dislike her, and always goes out of her way to be kind to someone. Unlike other young kids, Sadie is adventurous, confident and courageous, three traits that will later make hr a great hero. She's always open to new experiences and thinks very highly of herself. But Sadie is also very disorganized, always misplacing things, procrastinates until the very last second, never really thinks about things before jumping in, and can be childish and gullible. Though she showcases the traits of a young girl, Sadie is beyond her years in life experience and somebody that you would want fighting for your city.

Sadie’s Hobbies/Talents:

Due to the age in which Sadie obtained her powers, a lot of her hobbies/talents are centered around them. On any day, Sadie loves being in her mother's garden. She loves rollerblading through the trails near her house, and playing the ukulele. Being outside is a huge comfort to her, and that's where you'll find her the most. She loves warm weather and will soak up as much of it as she can. Sadie is exceptionally good at making new friends, and is quite knowledgeable about plants and their properties. She loves singing, and is actually pretty good at it. Sadie is almost always exploring new things, which most likely leads her into danger, but she never really learns. Since she's had so much time to practice, Sadie has a good grip on her powers, and has almost mastered them.

Sadie’s Ambitions/Dreams:

Born a mutant, Sadie Seawell had always wanted to fight crime, like the heroes she grew up watching. And one hero in particular caught her attention from a young age: Whisper. Sadie always thought that Whisper was by far the coolest hero she had ever seen, and since the day she watched Whisper save a whole building of people, she knew she wanted to be just like her. The day she turned eleven was the day Sadie decided to do what Whisper was doing. Fight crime! But considering how young she was, her first attempt was an epic fail, leading to a much needed rescuing from her hero. She took that opportunity to beg Whisper to help her become as good of a hero as she was. Sadie would stop at nothing to be taught by Whisper, even though she didn't seem so inclined to help Sadie. No matter what Whisper's answer was, Sadie's biggest dream was to fight alongside Whisper and learn everything she knew about how to be a great hero.

Animus’ Powers

Memory Manipulation: 

Animus has the power to connect to the memories within the boundaries of her victim's position and manipulate them to her advantage. She can take those memories that the person has connected to that area, and force them to relive it in a horrible, twisted way. This causes them to go insane from the mental torture of what she has turned their memory into, and most likely causing harm to themselves trying to prevent the memory from being forced off track. If her victim is not in an area where they have memories connected to it, Animus can connect to her own memories from that area if she has them, and manipulate them so that they mentally torture her victim as well. This part of her powers is not as strong, as if they were her victim’s memories, but still work better than nothing.

Nobody actually knows Animus’ real name. All people know is that she goes by Animus, which in Latin means soul, mind, heart, affections, feeling, and memory. She chose this name because of how it reflects her powers, and her biggest motivations. Her motives are based on her feelings toward Juniper/Whisper, and what has happened to her heart. Her powers affect and manipulate memories, torturing the soul and mind.

Animus’ Personality: 

Not a lot is known about the villain Animus. Witnesses say she is sinister with a touch of drama, that can force people to fall right into her traps. From time to time you'll see her raw emotions shine through, but she can easily mask those feelings. Animus is sensitive to the topic of her daughter, this often distracting her from her true mission. She's misleading, sickeningly two-faced, and will have you begging for a chance to catch your breath. She knows how to catch people off guard, and is able to extract information from even the toughest people. She's everything a good villain is, and everything you do not want in an enemy.

Animus’ Talents: 

Animus is extremely gifted in interrogation methods, and knows how to make people crack under pressure. She has mastered how to use her powers, which makes her a dangerous foe. She is averagely good at acrobatics, which allows her to have an advantage when going head-to-head with Juniper. She's a quick thinker, and can handle stressful situations very well. No amount of pressure can throw her off her game, and when it comes to be interrogated herself, she's tight lipped. She is skilled at hiding her emotions, meaning her poker face is one of the best. She can easily make you question what you know, and has mastered misdirection.

Animus’ Ambitions/Dreams: 

Animus has only one true goal: to get revenge on Whisper (Juniper Joyfield) for the death of her daughter. Animus doesn't see any other way to deal with her grief, and places all the blame for her daughter's death on Whisper. She will stop at nothing to see the destruction of Whisper, and if she can't get to her, she'll play at a new angle by going after her family. Animus only wishes for her daughter's death to be avenged, and doesn't see any other way to go about it. Unlike other villains, Animus cares not about civilians, and will not go out of her way to harm them.

First Impression: It's chill, cute, smooth, easygoing.

Do I like it?: Yeah, they're really good. The singer has a very idk how to describe it, warm? voice. Also I like their aesthetic.

Would I listen to more from them?: Since they don't have many vids, I ended up watching all of them 😄 They're jazzy in like a beachy way

Rate (from what I heard): 8/10 Would def listen again. I'm just more of a loud, screamy music person so it's not exactly my mood atm
