Please Help?

Hey, I need some help. I am a caretaker for a client who is ftm and both the other staff members and I are not as knowledgeable as we could be to help him as effectively as we can. I have some basic knowledge but not as much as is needed. If there is anyone that would be willing to share information that could help us help him it would be greatly appreciated.

Any information on ways to minimize a larger chest would be appreciated, a binder is most likely out of the question unfortunately but other options are both welcome and appreciated.
