The uses for Runes
For a beginner witch it is vital that they learn what Runes are and how to use them. Now when I say runes I do mean the Viking Runes. Now runes are not going to be able to do a lot on their own. Their magic and power are more like support magic. They can help increase the power of a witches spell if they are used correctly. Now Runes can be used in many different ways. Fortune telling, protection magic, cleansing magic, prediction magic, etc. To be able to activate a rune for spells as a beginner it will more useful if you have the physical Rune carved into something, like a small piece of wood or a stone. It will be even more useful if you know their name. Names hold power all on their own.
