🖤 I don’t like posting like this, but…
My blog lux-envy (https://lux-envy.tumblr.com) was suddenly taken down on May 3rd — and as of today, it’s been 77 days without a single response from Tumblr Support.
I’ve confirmed my identity, replied to their automated emails, and followed every instruction they gave. I’ve sent follow-ups (even from a second email in case mine was getting filtered), but I still haven’t heard anything back. Not even an acknowledgment.
That blog meant a lot to me — it was years of my work, creativity, thoughts, and self-expression. It’s honestly heartbreaking to lose it with no explanation and no way to fix it.
I’m posting this here not just out of frustration, but out of hope — maybe someone at Tumblr will see this. Maybe someone else has gone through the same and found a way through it. If nothing else, I just want to know what’s going on.
Thanks for reading this far. If you’ve ever interacted with lux-envy — or just believe in helping creators hold on to their work — please reblog. Maybe it helps. Maybe someone sees. Warmly, Kimiko Yamemoto [email protected] https://lux-envy.tumblr.com 💔
