H I S T O R Y

Erica knows like no other what it’s like to live in the shadow of Caroline Forbes. She has always been the less pretty, less smart and less fun cousin, and has always felt like somewhat of a black sheep of the family. Especially after dropping out of UCLA, and her parents sending her to Mystic Falls, in hopes her older cousin would have a positive influence. But being stuck in the same town, and at the same job isn’t really working out the way her parents had hoped it would. Instead, it only fuelled the competitive streak between the two blondes. 

This is why Erica put her everything in working at the Grill, because she’s determined to be better at this than Caroline is, no matter the costs.
