re: | jongin & kris
Kris's ears perked up at the sound of the other's slow, careful words, causing a flicker of curiosity to cross his eyes. He tilted his head and examined the stranger, tracing over each curve on the male's tanned skin. He had a habit of memorizing facial features--in case he ever needed to find that person again. He wasn't good at numbers or dates or appointments but he was very good at knowing exactly who he had talked to on that certain day. "Thank you," he flashed a small smile as well as a nod to his guide. He craned his head up to look in the direction that the male had told him, his dark, thick brows furrowing in confusion as he tried to make out where he was supposed to go first. He liked to imagine the places he went in his mind but for some reason, he couldn't imagine where the cafe could be located--causing Kris to swear at himself in his mind for not kicking the habit of wandering. He was so absentminded that sometimes he would just walk and walk and walk and not have a single clue where he ended up--and would eventually have to rely on a stranger to get him home. Sometimes it was good--he got to meet people he never would have otherwise encountered and a few short stories came from his adventures.
Other times it was just a hassle to arrive home every night at dawn.
"Um," he glanced down at the male again, his smile turning sheepish. "Would you mind leading me there? My sense of direction...is almost as good as a broken GPS."
