for some reason i can’t open the surface app? it says i need to check my account but it doesn’t say what i should check? it’s a bit of a problem bc my pressure settings keep reseting and now i can’t change it, does anyone know how to fix this?

Recently Microsoft updated their Surface app to allow button customization for the Surface Pen. Unfortunately, some Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book owners have had problems with the pen button customization options, because they simply don’t display as they should.
Microsoft has, apparently, acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix.

Un alivio para muchos propietarios de las tablets Surface llega de parte de Microsoft, sobre todo si sois usuarios del famoso “lapiz”. Finalmente Surface App se actualiza a la versión 7.0.763 tras la llegada de Windows 10 para solucionar diversos problemas. Tras la actualización de Windows 10, muchos usuarios de la Surface 3 se manifestaron, ya que su dispositivo sufría algunos problemas.
Entre los problemas que reclamaban se encontraba que el lápiz muchas veces no funcionaba de manera correcta. Con esta actualización se viene a solucionar estos problemas con el lápiz que provocaban que este directamente dejara de funcionar o simplemente no respondiera de forma correcta.
Otro cambio importante es el diseño, ahora la aplicación está totalmente adaptada y a la altura de las otras aplicaciones nativas del sistema, ya que tras la actualización a Windows 10 el diseño había cambiado ligeramente pero aún no se adaptaba al resto del sistema.
