I'm not the only one

If I find an exam difficult, I usually blame myself for not studying "enough", as if I'm the only one who had difficulty and not my classmates. This is probably why I feel less anxious about the exam when my classmates also express their doubts about heir performance in the exam. I tend to forget that the exam itself is not easy and I did what I could have done. This should be a reminder to myself that there are really things that you cannot anticipate and as long as I do what must be done, I should feel no regrets. 8)
