Another thing we liked about the movie is that, like, it wasn't drenched in romance? I mean it could definitely be read to have romance over the whole thing, but it's like the difference between spraying a little bit of perfume vs. dumping the whole bottle over yourself.

Genuinely, when watching it the only clear cut "romance" flavored stuff was just the depiction of fandom, who of course are going to ship people as soon as they see them together.

Nothing else in the movie was depicted in a manner that stunk of romance, even the Free bit was more a connection between two people, than anything clearly defined. Very refreshing as an acearo person to not have it shoved in my face, while still letting it be present for those that enjoy that stuff.

(was honestly pleasantly surprised to realize that people are shipping the huntr/x together. not my taste but I like seeing all the poly-positive stuff both in the movie + the fandom)

let's see other than English we've got: semi-fluent in kaeps'kcab and Spanish, less than conversational in French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Japanese, ASL, Celtic, and Swedish I think?
