So this round ceramic Mini Cocotte by Staub really costs £15.95. I bought it for only PhP50 at a surplus shop in our neighborhood. I originally wanted to buy the mini version of Chef’s Classic cast iron pot, same sized as this mini cocotte, about 10cm in diameter. Great for single serving sauces and the like. However, it costs PhP700 (at Shopwise) so why bother. Nonetheless, this Staub was a great find. :) #thrift #thriftshop #surplus #surplusshop #preloved
