The newsroom had been a mad house since the events that had unfolded at capital building with the city and the country still reeling. The blonde gripped her notebook a little tighter - feeling slightly out of her depth. Despite her stone cold facade she was nervous - she had been too young to have an opinion about the tragic events that had folded in the 2000s including two, unnecessary wars in her opinion. Olivia had covered big events - including elections - but this was different, they were living through history, this was something children would one day learn about in school and the pressure of reporting that wasn’t lost on her. She made her way into the building going through clearance - “any idea of this is going to start on time?” she asked the person next to her at random, whipping out her phone. “The last thing the people need is to be kept waiting, everyone is nervous enough already.”
