Harmony Day

Leia sent a bouquet of bright yellow daffodils to Mikoto, glad she’d gotten their information due to them taking a job at her restaurant. The attached card read:

Happy Harmony Day, Miko!

I’m so grateful that we’ve reunited and that you’re going to be helping me out. Your friendship means a whole lot to me, and I just wanted to make sure you knew that! So, thank you for being my friend!

Fourth bundle of flowers. Mikoto truly had people who cared for and appreciated them. This time it was from Leia, the warrior’s new boss and old friend!

Mikoto smiled down at the note joyfully before placing the flowers in a final vase on the counter amongst the rest, then they opened up their notebook, taping the note inside.

That would keep them motivated and peppy for quite a while. They would have to thank Leia and perhaps bring her water lilies or even lotus blossoms...

Date Auction Hero

Leia was incredibly relieved that someone bid on her at all, and actually really happy that it was Wizard who did the bidding. They seemed to run into each other at random a lot, so it was almost fitting.

Once the bids were done, she ran over to her white haired friend and took hold of his hands as she stared into his eyes with a bright smile on her face. “Wizard, thank you so much for bidding on me! Did you have anything in mind you’d like to do? I could always cook for you, if you like.”

He wasn't quite sure what to do at that auction-- the notion of buying someone for a date was so odd. Then again, most human tradition was both odd and new to him, so he allowed himself to be swept along the oddity once again, this being his first festival where he actually participated.

He had been looking for ways to spend his money and... apparently, the profit would fund a masquerade ball. It didn’t seem so bad, considering he had much to spend. While he wanted to try his luck and maybe buy a certain someone, but alas, she was not in the list of people that volunteered. Perhaps it was because she was happily in the arms of someone. But then again, she bought a date. A girl. But still. It was a date.

Understanding this whole auction business woudl take some time, it seems.

Waiting away from the crowd, he opted to let the auction end first before approaching his supposed date. But before he could do it himself, she was already running towards him and-- being touchy. Slowly, he retracted his hands from hers and shook his head, wondering why she was thanking him so much.

“Someone else would have, if I have not.” He says so honestly, as he looks away from the mermaid. “...i’m... not very familiar with how dates go. Food would be nice...”

Not-So-Unknown Ailment || Gale & Leia

Truthfully, he’d rather not his leave home. But as he was asked a favor by someone he can never actually say no to, he picks up his satchel that contained most of his alchemy needs and starts browsing for the same ingredients he had used previously for the centuries old horse. It took him sometime to create the potion, even more so to get to the other district, but he made it.

A few knocks in, and Gale waits.
