The Results
I asked the five users who completed the usability testing for Bookmark to complete this SUS Typeform survey for me. This research is beneficial as the SUS questionnaire is valid and can effectively differentiate between usable and unusable systems. It allowed me to achieve a measured figure for the usability of Bookmark.
I scored 79.4 overall after figuring out how to analyse the survey results by using the set algorithm. The SUS survey has helped me measure the impact the design changes and refinements I've made have had on the overall app and functionality. My score is above the target set for good usability, which is 68, so I'm happy with how well this has performed.
