.... How old is Sussuro? She is stated to be a Siracusa-Palermo Medical Academy graduate at least several times and the person known for getting her PhD while still kid only did so because she is literally a genius in her field who is on top if that studying non-stop like possessed. So it is feasible to assume she is not, in fact, a child.

She seems rather youngish, and is short but it may as well be the Fennec race trait (see Lena’s heigh, though due to artstyle Lena looks much more mature).

Then there is Shaw, who is adult with job and stuff and Shaw frankly doesn’t really look that much of “definetelly a kid until you read the bio”, she has those soft features and petite stature but those are pretty much something you would see in RL times to times especially if you go to certain regions. Sussuro just looks. So young with her artstyle, it is very shoujo manga heroine like.
