Set within a thriving mango orchard in Alibaug, AAMRAI rethinks hospitality through a landscape-first approach. Villas sit within natural clearings under dense foliage, while verandahs, tiled roofs, and breathable materials enable passive cooling. The orchard itself operates as climate infrastructure. With over 85% solar energy and integrated water systems, sustainability is embedded in how the project is planned and lived.
