(( ☼ Like that, the festive season came and went in a blur of champagne bubblies and tangled bedsheets. Len was understandably busier afterward and remained as such until past her birthday, and New Years, but... she hasn’t taken it off since waking up that morning. The bracelet. Or the necklace, for that matter. Even for all the times her hair’s gotten tangled in it or that one time she almost got into a catfight with some middle-aged, fox-nosed mom at the mall for calling it cheap. ( He said it was real, and he probably worked a few shows to afford it, so. ) (( This was also yesterday. He was next to her. ))
Anyway. He ended up spending the rest of the night consoling her by brushing her hair, which he ended up doing again this morning when she woke him up with her head under the sheets. It’s about that time now, Valentine’s — so consider it an appetizer before breakfast. It’ll be in bed, of course. She left him laying there to recuperate for maybe... twenty minutes before coming back with a plate and some orange juice. She, herself, is packaged in a frilly apron. “Morning.♡ ” Ta-da! “It’s just an omelette. With some cheese. Your favorite cheese?” She sounds uncertain. She still can’t really cook, after all, but she tried! “You said to keep things simple last time, so... if you say this is ‘extra’ again, I’ll probably cry.”
