he can forgive himself for not noticing right away -- grayson never has any use for the butterfly knife his father had given him, but he feels he has to keep it on him at all times nonetheless. so when he finally discovers it missing, he isn’t sure how long it’s been gone, but he does know exactly who to accuse of stealing it. he knocks on his ex’s door, relieved when she’s the one to answer, because that makes this whole thing marginally less embarrassing. “all right, zu. hand it over,” he says, holding out his hand. / @suzumefm​
