Just pulled this out from behind the paywall. I interviewed music journalist Suzy Exposito back in 2020, shortly before her first Rolling Stone cover story... on Bad Bunny. I'm currently reading P FKN R: How Bad Bunny Became The Global Voice of Puerto Rican Resistance and Suzy is quoted extensively.

I really miss that time on Tumblr from 2011 to 2014 when everyone was on a punk/riot grrrl style. it was such a vibe and tasty can never be replicated again

Suzy Exposito (@brujacore) and Mike Funk (@othermike) really made me more confident in myself when I was a teenager in high school at this time. especially w/ their zines. Suzy is an accomplished writer, and Mike is still making great music, so that's great to see.

Although it's not normally my responsibility, I enjoy getting to do receiving at the store bc I like the exciting feeling of getting to see and hold new books before anyone else. It's so cool to see Suzy's illustration on the cover of Action and also to flip through Ocean Vuong's poetry book which I have been anticipating!
