The New British Gas Tariff Check is a good idea but Customers Still Need to Shop Around.

British Gas has vowed to tell it's customers if they are not on the cheapest tariff, however, it is still up to the customer to check whether they are on the cheapest tariff all around from any provider.

With so many tariffs coming and going it makes sense for the customer to be proactive when seeking out the cheapest tariff as some tariffs can be £100s cheaper than others.   Why Seek Out a new Energy Deal? It is entirely possible that you could be £100s worse off than your next door neighbour, who lives in a similar home to your own, with a similar annual energy usage. It Makes Sense to Shop Around

Goodbye?!  Goodbye?!  You made me listen to your stupid voice for 30 seconds then you hang up on me!  Not happy.  That happened 8 times.

When RWV did let me get through onto the waiting list I had to endure 22 minutes of the most awful waiting music...

They have nothing on Swalec.  The link previous is one of my first posts - nice.

Anyway - HMRC, you're lucky your frontline staff are on the ball as KN was lovely and very helpful.  Stop trying to take my money!
