The broken android recognized the man almost instantly. Though he's not sure what the SWAT team leader is going to do about running into him here, he doesn't run just yet. Last he knew before he was thrown out was that all androids were to be taken in and destroyed. However he saw that androids were still moving freely around the city. It seem the revolution had succeeded. That still didn't mean this human would be in anyway kind to him.

"Captain Allen..." 60 began. His LED circled red as errors kept coming up in his vision. He felt the servos of his right leg give out, causing him to fall to one knee. The android cursed himself as he tried to move. It wasn't safe here.

He was starting to panic.

My muse has been fitted with a shock collar and is unable to remove it || Accepting!

Connor hadn't been sure why the collar had been necessary after the repairs. Honestly he hated that it was even put on him to begin with. It felt a little tight as he gently tried to adjust so it wasn't inhibiting his thirium or electricity flows.

He noted as soon as the captain laid eyes on it, there was a rage that sparked in Allen's eyes. Immediately he was approached by his new captain so that he would get a better look at it. Connor's head tilted up so David could have better access to it if necessary.

Seems even the Captain gets tired when there isn't anything going on. He's sat at his desk, arms across his chest with his eyes closed. It would be hard to tell if he was asleep or simply deep in thought honestly.

Huh... He hadn't seen David nod off at his desk before. A quick scan showed that the human was indeed resting; Stage 1 NREM sleep. The lightest sound could probably jolt the captain awake. Not that he would willingly disturb him. Connor leaned over just a bit to get a better look at him. He seemed quite docile like this. Nothing like the fierce Barghest his reputation and seeing him in action made him out to be.

Connor had been sitting by his bedside for a while now. He scanned the captain to see if his condition had changed at all. Nothing so far but he doubted he would see any changes since the last scan a few minutes ago.

He was getting antsy. David's fever hadn't broken yet and 60 had freaked out when he found him collapsed in the kitchen when he came back from the station. His hand combed through the human's hair, worry lining the android's face. It was maybe a moment later when the captain finally stirred.

"David?" Connor asked in a worried tone.

He is not cute. Nor is he easily breakable from just running. And what do they mean that androids can't improve like humans can? What is this bullshit?

There was a pop from his handgun as the one who attacked him went down; dead before they hit the floor. Connor stumbled back, leaning against a wall.

"Target neutralized, captain. All clear," Connor told him. He should warn David of his injury. "I was hit in the fire fight. I may be bleeding out."

His gun was holstered and he slid down the wall to sit on the floor. His armor was unbuckled and moved out of the way to get a better look at his wound. His glove was already getting damp from the blood.

"Shit-"

Connor perked up when he heard the heavy familiar footfalls of the captain hurriedly heading his way.

He's actually surprised by the offer. Sure he'd been repaired and cleaned up, as much as he was panicking inside from the trauma of the last time CyberLife "repaired" him. But Captain Allen was offering him a place in his home? Just because he was assigned to unit 32? Because Connor had nowhere else to go?

The LED turned yellow for a moment as he weighed the option. Was David even comfortable with an android being in his home? "Are you sure?"

It had been the human's idea but Connor still wanted to be sure about this.

He didn't know a whole lot about androids, but he was quickly learning things the longer he was around Connor. One thing he always wondered, was if they actually fell asleep, or if they just...shut off, like a computer. Both of them had been sitting on the couch, Fiona coiled up between the two of them, halfway laying on the both of them. Every so often he'd glance over at 60, and this time he had noticed the android's eyes start to slowly close, like someone who was on the verge of falling asleep. He doesn't say anything, but simply observe for a bit.

He's quiet, a book in hand. 60 seemed to enjoy reading, moving at a normal human's pace. Whether or not that was due to the brain chip error was up in the air. After a while he's not really reading anymore, idling as he stares at the page. His eyes start to close before he blinks. Then it happens again, eyes opening less and less. Finally they fall shut completely, the flickering blue circle turning yellow as his system starts to move into sleep mode. He's eerily still, breathing softly. He hadn't even noticed David staring.
