Day 2 - 54 Degrees(!) = Jogging in BK Bridge Park
Because the temperature was an insanely amazing gift of 54 degrees on this Feb. 2 in NYC, we had to bring it outside. Josh and I took a 3-mile jog down by the Brooklyn waterfront. I'm not going to say it was my fastest pace ever, because I am a horrible runner and it's been awhile, but the most important thing is getting out there... right?
(I'm amazed how well my iPhone captured photos during my [very slow] jogging... because I refused to stop to take pictures even though I was juuuust over the line between jog pace and walking. But I digress.)
Happy to be on a two-day streak and looking forward to implementing this new plan into the workweek ahead. Here we go! Summary: 3-mile jog Fitbit stats: 14,821 steps 7.05 miles 59 active minutes
