For a while I have wanted to take on a new fitness challenge, but have been too scared and self-conscious to commit to something. I think part of me didn't want to commit because I wasn't ready and I was scared to face how unfit I have become. • I am 10 pounds up from my lowest weight, 8 pounds higher than I was this time last year and not nearly as fit as I have been in the recent past. I have been saying how I want to change and get back to where I was, but I also haven't done anything to make that happen. Now is the time to change that! • If you watch my channel you will know how much I look up to @sarahs_day. I love her perspective and take on fitness, wellness, and body image and have literally spent hours binging on her videos for inspiration! So when I saw she was having a sale on her Sweat it to Shred it 8-week fitness challenge guide I knew it was a sign! Starting Monday I will be starting the guide and I AM SO EXCITED! I'll be updating in here and will be doing weekly update videos on the good ol' youtubes! • I learned so much from doing the 30-day Stairmaster challenge, and you guys seemed to really love it as well. This next fitness challenge is a bit different and a longer commitment, but I know it is exactly what I need to get myself back on track and get to where I want to be and feel healthy! • Side note, I did a #sweatyshredder tonight as an experiment to see how hard these were going to be and the name doesn't lie! I sweated like I haven't in a long time and it burned so good! I am so pumped for Monday! • If you guys want to join me on this, the guide is on sale until Monday! Or do your own workouts along with me! Can't wait to see how I change in the next 8-weeks! • #sweatittoshredit #SezzySquad #weightloss #weightlossjourney #fitness #fitnessjourney (at Laguna Beach, California)
