When it's great weather and pay weekend but I feel antisocial

Saturday morning
9.30 am
I'm sitting at a tram station
Waiting
Next to me is an older man dressed in a beige relaxed blazer and beige trousers, white hair and beard, glasses.
It is only the two of us here and the cool august winds blows gently. It's partly cloudy and the morning air is still thick from yesterdays heat.
We sit in silence.
I lean my head back onto the cold steel rail behind the benches and breath deeply, the metal is almost painful. Thinking I could, maybe should, put on my headphones and listen to a meditation. I realize that this moment has all potentiality to be my meditation.
I continue to breath deeply and I close my eyes.
Seconds later I hear a japanese song approaching, possibly an outro to some anime. The music comes closer and I open my eyes. There's a man presumably in his 40's in black trousers, a gray shirt, thin glasses, black long hair and receding hairline. He's playing the music from his phone.
Both me and the older man looks up at him, I believe we both are trying to say "could you turn of the sound?" With our eyes.
The man looks at us, then down in is phone and starts to play sounds in a completely random order. I think I hear about 20 different meme related songs and sounds in the next 30 seconds as the man, really slowly, walks past us and stops 3 meters away. That volume button, untouched.
I fucking hate people with narrow sympathic doorways, but what's worse is that I don't have the guts to ask him to get lost or lay down on the railway tracks.
