So yesterday I wore my top with my self drafted sold out pattern of the #frejadress I looked at other sewistas make of this well received pinafore and spent half a day trying to get a copy of the pattern to no avail 😕 I ordered some other pinafore patterns but still could not get the #frejadress out of my head so I started to draft the pattern and this is my wearable toile excuse the creases, I can check off ✔️stripe placement and ✔️ top stitching (though very hard to see, swipe across to see pocket) which I really enjoyed. I will make this again in a plain heavier weight fabric,I loved wearing this pinafore my first ♥️ The fabric is cotton from #sweet_seams1 For subsequent makes I will adjust the bid straps placement and darts for a better fit.
