Affogato is a traditional Italian dessert made with hot espresso and cold vanilla ice cream. The end result is a delectable, creamy, and slightly bitter dessert that is ideal for coffee and ice cream fans.
Instructions: Make an espresso shot. In a serving cup or glass, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour over the ice cream the hot espresso. Serve right away and enjoy.
