Sweet and spicey chilli jam

2 brown onions- soften in butter in frying pan. Then add all the following into the same pan on a med heat…. 3 sweet peppers 1 red pepper 1 red chilli 100g brown sugar Balsamic vinegar 1tbs 2 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp paprika Lemon juice Let blip away for 30 mins till sticky, jar, cool, put in fridge. Lasts approx 1 month.
