Medium fry: 10 min 2 tbsp oil 1 onion 4 cloves garlic 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp yellow mustard 3 dashes of Henderson relish 2 tbsp tomato purée 1 oxo cube When onions are soft add: 100 ml Jack Daniels with honey 3 tsp sugar Cook off alcohol for 10 min on medium Add 50 ml of water Blend! Use as dipping sauce or smother on ribs or wings. Enjoy getting messy!

Baked red pepper and spicy eggs Only 302 calories!!! Recipe for 1: Preheat oven to 180. In a pan light fry: 50g quorn mince 1/4 red onion 1/2 red chilli 1/4 tin of beans 1/4 tin of tomatoes Hand full of spinach 1tsp paprika 1tsp oregano Salt and pepper Tabasco sauce dash or three :) Cook for 10 min on med... Carve out a red pepper Fill pepper with filling, leave an inch gap At the top and crack egg in. Sprinkle with Parmesan and chilli flakes. Bake for 12-15 mins! Enjoy with thick toast to mop up all that lovely egg yolk! (Meat eaters add some chorizo in for an extra smokey taste!)

Brunch: Saucy eggs
Need a wake up call this weekend? these saucy, fiery eggs have everything you need for an awesome brunch, here’s how….
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
2 rashers of smoked bacon
1 red pepper
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
½ tin of baked beans
1 tsp of paprika Dash of Tabasco (more, or less depending on the size of the hangover!)
4 eggs
10g Parmesan
Salt and pepper
Dried chilli flakes to serve
*add a hand full of spinach leaves before the eggs if you want that extra iron boost!
Method:
1. Chop bacon fry in light oil
2. Whilst the bacon cooks chop 1 red pepper
3. Add the red pepper once bacon is almost cooked
4. After a few minutes add the chopped tomatoes, beans, Tabasco, and paprika and let the mixture blip away for 7 mins.
5. Drop the eggs into the mixture, turn the heat to medium, cook until whites are white.
6. Turn the grill on medium.
7. Grate the Parmesan onto the eggs and place under grill until eggs are cooked to your liking (3 mins for soft 6 mins for fully cooked)
Add salt, pepper and chilli to serve and dip your toast in! happy brunching people…
