Well, tonight dinner is a vegan grilled cheese and bacon burger!!! Complete with onions, mayo, mustard, fresh spinach, and avocado spread! I gotta have my pickles on the side!! Oh My Goodness!!! This is amazing!! The patties held together well. It have great texture too!! The Bacon did ok but it did break when I flipped it. I would make it crispier next time for that “WOW factor”. I did seasons my burger and bacon because I didn’t trust it was flavored enough.. 😂 But overall this is a good burger for those of you that want hamburgers this is a great alternative. You won’t feel like you’re missing out on anything you can put it on the grill and it will be spectacular. 👍🏽This is a winner!
