I love how we all agree that Trevor is a bottom AND a masochist. Although he was completely whipped in canon so all of this makes sense. And I refuse to believe ice wasn’t used at least once when they were going at it. 😤

trephacard headcanon - modern au Trevor absolutely still has his power rangers bedsheets from the 90s. He refuses to explain to Alucard what they are, but when Sypha finds out she insists they marathon like 5 hours worth on a rainy Saturday afternoon

Oh damn, didn’t see this till now!

Okay as a Power Ranger kid, Trevor is so valid and Sypha is a real one! 😤 Bonus points is if Alucard gets roped into it and gets really really into it.

Jacques would never have approved.

But Jacques was dead with the first wave.

It took a year to gather the courage but Constance signed her name onto the program and didn’t look back.

 ii.

d’Artagnan was charming and boyish; he made her laugh where she’d forgotten.

Athos was broodish and hard to crack; he understood her solemn promise to protect.

Aramis was flirty and got under her skin; he always knew when she needed  a compliment.

Porthos was loud and protective; he got the struggle of building a name for yourself.

None of them matched with her.

 iii.

Anne came in not as a program attendee but the Senator’s daughter.

Her pale eyes swept over the recruits and stopped on Constance.

And then she walked away.

 iv.

Flea was the closest to matching; they could have maybe made it as a pair but she had a better connection with Samara.

Others matched around her, Sylvie teamed up with Charlotte, Ninon and Alice made a formidable team, Lucie and Fleur were put on the reserves if need be.

Constance floundered alone in her head, haunted by eyes she could no longer see.

Anne came back a month later, in a brand new suit that marked her as a recruit.

“My fiancé didn’t approve.” She said, her head held high. “I wasn’t doing it to seek his approval.”

“And now?” Constance asked, the curiosity getting the better of her.

“Now we’ve parted and his words always meant nothing.”

Ah, Constance thought, I know this well.

 vi.

Treville barked orders, drove them to exhaustion to teach them how to keep going even afterwards.

Anne collapsed by her side and it should have been uncomfortable with the sweat dripping down her back but Constance leaned in anyway.

They wove and ducked and fought in sync and for the first time since the Kaiju Constance felt alive.

“What do you think the drift is like?” Anne asked one night. “I’ve heard it’s easy to get lost.”

“Then I suppose I’d better learn to find you.” Constance said into the dark, reaching over to take Anne’s hand.

“Don’t leave my side then.”

Never.

 viii.

“Ready?” Anne’s face was obscured by the helmet but Constance could picture it clearly.

“As I’ll ever be.” Constance replied, forcing her nerves to calm.

The drift came sudden, a shock of cold and warmth in her head all at once.

Constance?

That voice wasn’t hers.

I’m here. I won’t let you lose yourself either.

And ah, Constance remembered. She had a job to do.

We have a job to do.

Yes, Constance thought back, together.

Anne tasted like victory and the salt spray of the sea and Constance knew she was home.

I almost made it one femslash feb without a musketeers pairing and I’m feeling called out right now

The one where Constance is already Anne’s aide and comes back complaining about how some new Musketeer recruit kissed her in the street and then leans down to kiss Anne and ‘much better’

They’re both glaring daggers at the Cardinal as he tries to manipulate the King and know they’re going to have to fix this and Constance leans over to brush her hand against Anne’s just like she does in season two to give what comfort she can while they’re still in public view at court

Anne’s 100% ready to have Monsieur Bonacieux locked up when Constance comes back one time and says she was threatened by him. They def figure out how to do it.

That monastery episode? Yeah there’s no getting it on with Aramis and when Anne returns safely to Paris Constance pulls her aside and kisses her face a lot with relief that she’s safe

Likewise when Constance gets free from Milady’s kidnapping her and Anne’s hand shake when she goes to cup Constance’s face but right now they’ve gotta face down the Cardinal and they’ll be time to be assure they’re both okay later

“I hear the queen is having an affair with the Duke of Buckingham.” “No she’s not, Aramis.” “How would you know Constance.” “Oh just trust me on this one.”
