lol i live by Seaside Heights in nj which was devastated by superstorm sandy and to see my town and the towns i grew up in on the news was so surreal, so i know the feeling

That has to be weirder since you're still on the news every so often... My town is really only on the news if something really bad happens, and that's just the Detroit news! I've only seen this region on the news for something other than the auto industry a few times.. Murder of someone in one of the fancy suburbs, bad storms, and looking for Jimmy Hoffa again

NOOO NO NO NO never combine mods!!! they have to be updated with certain patch releases. if you combine your mods and not update them, you’ll get severe crash issues.

Those usually get updated with the patches. Some get done before others. I’d keep them separate if I were you.
