For the sleepover, here's a story: So I have these things called night terrors. It's a dream that interacts with your surroundings. I haven't had one in years, but in the last month I've had several. Last night, I had the worst one since I was six. I thought someone was standing by me downstairs, so I ran all the way upstairs, into the bathroom, slamming the door, and I fell on the ground hyperventilating/having a panic attack, before I woke up and realized what happened. It was awful!

Oh that does sound awful! I’m sorry that you dreamt that, but at least it was only a dream and you could wake up and calm down afterwards. Hopefully they go away again soon xx
