Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic (Arcanaut Studios, dir. Casey Hudson)
The future of Star Wars gaming.
i'm fully aware that they put the cart before the horse here with fate of the old republic and gave us a trailer when they're still in the bare bones of early development just to hype us up and probably distract from the fact that the kotor 1 remake is forever in purgatory (even if the last update we got was that it's still in development at mad head studio as of march of this year.) cinematic trailers without gameplay are nothingburgers, especially coming from a new studio, and we'll be lucky if we get to see anything more than this for the next three years. but i did get to see an interdictor-class cruiser and a lil gizka.
OMG, Nick is also involved in the development! Bring together the best of BioWare.
Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic Teaser Trailer
I guess people finally forgot what Casey Hudson did with ME3. I thought that upset would follow Casey to every project he did. Didn't Anthem suck too? I was fully excited for a new Star Wars RPG game up until I saw his name. Big yikes for me. Maybe he'll go in a better direction?
rewatching the fate of the old republic teaser trailer and noticed there's a gizka at 0:51
