Positivity Hour: Hi Emma! My family and I went to the beach and someone called me fat. I was really upset about it and was going to let it completely ruin the trip, but my husband, mom, and sister made me feel so much better by telling me that I was beautiful and perfect the way I was. The people who take time to make other people feel bad are the real problems - not me. It made me realize how lucky I am to have them and it was a good way to turn something negative into something positive. 💙
