Today my swimsuit from #swimsuitsforall came in the mail. I wanted to take this swimsuit and turn it into a statement. I'm a size 12. I'm 5'9" and 177 pounds. Why am I telling you this? Because I'm not embarrassed of my weight or my size. In high school I weighed 140 pounds and yet I had no confidence. Now at 20 years old and 37 pounds heavier, I am more confident than ever before. What I have learned is that no matter your body type, it is incredibly important to love yourself. We have only one body, so why not celebrate it? To all of you beautiful, inspiring women- Don't let the media put you down. You are beautiful, sexy, and loved.
