Nori knew the other person would not be okay after being in a wave like that. They would have definitely swallowed a lot of water. Hearing them affirm this belief, Nori nodded, saying “Well perhaps you should take it easy for the rest of the day... deep breaths and all. I could get the lif--” suddenly the other person got up. “Hey you just went through quite a lot! You can’t shoot up like that.
Placing his hands on the other person, he helped to steady them as they caught their breath. “Oh I forgot, I’m Kawakami Norifumi. Umm... did you hit anything else? is anything hurting?”
I wish every lap could feel as good as that first lap after a warm up and rest does. I feel so strong, so fast, in perfect control of my breathing. Why can’t that last?! gotta build my endurance, as far as cardiovascular goes. My arms and legs can do 3 km, but my lungs cant!
I'm put of shape. I should be a merperson not a beached dolphin

They need to invent a waterproof iPod..
or just head phones with no lead that you can plug into your ears
I find swimming so relaxing but the whooshing noise when diving in the water drives my ears insane!
I don't want boring ear plugs though.. I want to listen to music while I swim!
