~YES NEXT QUESTION. I love Mateo SO much, he is my Roman Empire. Just finished the love ending with him in the game, so these should be pretty in-character. As always, I hope you Enjoy!~
General:
This soft cutie strikes me as a ler-leaning switch
Now, while he’s not super used to tickles in general, he’s always willing to lend a hand and help brighten your day.
And, of course, this overly self-critical blanket boy could use some cheering up every now and then.
Lee:
Overall, Mateo’s not super ticklish. He's definitely got some spots that'll get him giggling, of course, but they’re limited.
That’s not saying he doesn’t enjoy a good scribble and poke. You just have to work a little harder to get some good reactions out of him.
His laughter is airy and bubbly. It’s that adorable, infectious giggling that you just can’t help but grin at.
If he’s overworking himself with the inanimals, a quick tickle can help to both convince him to rest and lighten his spirits.
Worst spot would be the backs of his knees. Most people don’t think to try there because of his quilted pants, but he’s pretty sensitive to a few pokes behind the knees.
Melt spot would be his stomach. It’s a fun coincidence, the animal lover enjoying some belly scratches, and his reaction is even better. He’ll close his eyes and just giggle, loosely grabbing at your arm or sheepishly covering his mouth. He’s not super ticklish there, but the light giggles are his favorites.
Ler:
He’s the sweetest, most teasing ler in the house
Whether you need cheering up or just want some tickles, Mateo is more than willing to get you giggling
You CANNOT say this boy isn’t a cuddly ler.
He’d pull you into his lap, wrap you up in his jacket, and tickle you to pieces with a smile.
Or, if you’re not up for that much contact, he’ll tease you with each poke and scribble while making sure you’re comfortable.
“You are so ticklish here. It’s pretty cute.”
“Aww, look at that smile. Qué lindo!”
“Was that a snort? Oh no, no hiding now, cariño. I have to hear that again.”
He’d be GODLY with aftercare with how sweet and caring he is.
If you’re comfortable with it, he’ll wrap you up in his jacket for some nice, soothing cuddles. If you’re lucky, an inanimal or two might come over for some extra love.
Either way, he’ll spend some time talking about the latest happenings with the inanimals, sharing some nice stories about adoptions or goofy behaviors. Anything to make you smile as you come down from your tickle-high.
And, of course, he’ll hit up Mitchel Linn and Freddy to see what your favorite snacks are, grab you a nice cool drink, and have a nice rest together

Mateo Manta Tickle Headcanons
I think that Mateo is a very switchy switch, maybe slightly ler leaning??
very fond of soft, cuddly tickles <3
Ler:
he'd hug you from behind and press a kiss to the side of your neck while softly attacking your sides
you'd be cuddling under his blanket together, watching a movie or reading, and he'd get a sparkle in his eyes that you just know means he's about to get you
he'd sneak up and pounce on you to wrap you in the blanket, while he's still in it, so you're trapped with him while he gently wiggles his fingers over your upper body
"Oh no, can't you try to get out? is the comfiness too strong?"
"your laugh is so cute <3"
he'd definitely pretend he didn't know why you were laughing, acting completely innocent while pinching your tummy
big, wide, innocent eyes, but the biggest grin on his face as he gets you. he just thinks you're so cute when you're laughing like that
he'd just be very, very playful and soft overall, I think ^-^
Lee:
He's not super super tklish, just enough that you can get him giggly. he'd have one or two secret spots to make him laugh out more.
I think he'd like it most on his tummy, because it's not bad enough to be overwhelming, just enough to be fun.
he would have the cutest giggles, with big gaps in-between for him to get air. like, 5 seconds of laughing, 3 seconds of silence while he takes a big breath and tries to hold it in, then more giggling as he fails to hold it in. he tries again to keep holding it after every. single. breath.
this also causes him to snort a lot, since he's trying so hard not to laugh each time.
he would curl in on himself, but he would not try to push you away at all. he isn't shy about liking being tkled.
he'd look up at you with big sparkly eyes and ask you why you stopped if you ever tried to give him a minute to breathe, with the hugest smile on his face, flushed and out of breath but still wanting more <3
