My homie Switch B, a prominent b-boy from the Toronto community, my bredren from the Maximum Efficiency Crew, and forever soul connection on that rasta good vibes and ting, just started a new series every Sunday called "Speak Sundays", for the year 2014. Switch dabbles in multiple art forms, but seeing his come up in the last few years with music production and emceeing has been really amazing. Whether it was spitting freestyles at one of my house parties, or linking me with beats when I needed some legally licensed music for one of my video projects, the manz does the music for the love of it, and to just spread goodness.
I've got much respect for this chocolate brotha. This track is produced by Nekkrak, a collabo between Max Miller, whom I have yet to meet, Switch B, and Fate, another broski from the B-boy community part of Ground Illusionz crew. His beats are hella nice - still thinking bout that one we listened to on repeat on a road trip to Ottawa, while the homie Kit Knows dropped freestyles... Anyways - I'll share more as they come.
