Banana Oatmeal Pancake
Ingredients:
1/2 medium banana, sliced 1/2 cup quaker oats, dry 2 medium egg whites 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a small blender or food processor and mix until a batter forms (about 20 seconds).
Fry like you would any other pancake!
