💬 🎀 ☀️ ❤️ 🐱 for Roronoa Zoro ~ wingheroxsunshine

💬: How did you two meet?

The two of us met via my older brother. Him and another member of the crew, Sanji, have all three been close for a very long time. As time passed I eventually made my way to introducing myself to everyone and doing my best to get along with them all (which wasn’t very hard because they’re all really nice).  Anyhow! Because of this, I ended up meeting the famous swordsman Zoro and it kinda clicked from there. I had already heard wonderful things about him from my brothers stories so I felt like I already knew him myself just as long as the others had.

🎀: What was your first date like?

Our first date was more so a mini celebratory kind of date (if that makes sense haha). We had just gotten back from handling some rather tough opponent and we were heading back to the ship when I asked him if he wouldn’t mind getting something to eat together. Luckily he wasn’t opposed and so we went to the nearest restaurant and ate a nice dinner and simply enjoyed each others company before returning back to the ship.

☀️: Favorite afternoon activity?

Zoro has two activities that he’s fond of no matter the time of day, even if I suppose one isn’t so much an activity haha What I mean by that is that he likes to nap whenever he’s given the chance and can do so almost immediately (which is shocking haha). But the other he likes to do is workout to try and (somehow) manage to get even more stronger than he already is. While he lifts (or whatever he may be doing) I’ll generally have a note/sketchpad on had so that I can write down things that I think could help benefit his workouts or to sketch him, since he’s not paying  attention, and show him later on in the day just to see how flustered he gets.

❤️: Something you two have in common?

Hmm that’s a tough one. I think I’d say the fact that we both try to do what we can to make sure those we care about are safe. Whether it’s simple and just talking someone through something or it’s more risky and a serious injury comes as a result but it doesn’t matter because whomever is protected and that’s what matters. 

🐱: If you and your f/o were animals, who would be what?

Zoro would definitely be a strong animal that knows how to protect itself and others from danger like a lion or tiger. As for me? Hmm maybe like a panda because I love to explore any new areas I come across and am super clingy haha

Questions for Zoro! 21, 25, and 27? 😁

21. How romantic would you say you are? Do you do a lot of romantic things for your s/o, or do find that you’re more reserved with your affections—not because you love them less, but because it’s just your personality or you’re too busy to do much else (or whatever your reasoning may be). What about your s/o?

I feel that we’re on opposite sides of the spectrum here. I wouldn’t say I don’t do romantic things but I would agree it’s not as much as him. The main reason for this however is because most of our friends/crew have known me to be a certain type of guy and so if I were to do even the simplest of things in front of them, they’d never stop going on about it and it’s embarrassing a little. Because of this I tend to try and be more on the romantic side when it’s just us and others aren’t around. Not that I don’t care for him like you said but it’s just the type of guy I am. However whenever he deems it’s necessary he won’t hesitate to show affection and it doesn’t help that Nami gives him confident boosts. If we’re stopped somewhere and we decide to go for a night out together he’s the one who has everything planned out. A holiday is coming up? He’s already bought gifts and has something planned for us or the whole crew. He was even the one who made any first moves just because I would’ve got to embarassed to ever admit anything myself.

25. Have you both said “I love you” yet or are you still waiting for the right moment?

Actually we have. I think it might’ve slipped out on accident but it was most definitely said with meaning. I was in my work out space just doing some basic weight lifting and such and he had tagged along to try and practice alongside me. In the midst of it however I had just heard those three words and didn’t know what was going on, if he was talking to me or if he was ranting on to himself as he worked out. Regardless I responded with an “I love you too,” which almost made a weight crash onto his foot because he was a little shocked I’d say but I meant it and he knows it.

27. What are some pet names/nicknames you use for your s/o? Which one is their favorite? What names do they use for you, and which one is your favorite?

Pet names aren’t something I generally use not because they’re weird or anything but just simply because I never think to or anything you know? As for him, he doesn’t really call me by anything other than my name most of the time however they do like to call me honey. Their reasoning is because it’s a sweet substance that they enjoy a lot and that they believe I can be just as sweet even if I don’t show it 24/7.
