Day 4 of Inktober is Scallop.
Soooo... I thought scalloped meant finely sliced.
Hence the swordfight.
The pose is borrowed from the beautiful statue by Edouard Drouot.

So much swordfighting! So happy. Also much temper. Good thing Raza has cyborg limbs, he can take it.
Everyone looks great in this art, don’t they? Also a cover, Tabitha is dropping by! Both pictures courtesy of the AiPT Twitter account and from the Dawn of X panel at NYCC.
The panel also gave us this (via CBR):
That's... not encouraging. I was sold on "New Mutants," the team of no-longer-that-young characters that I love together, but it's sounding more and more like we'll get "new mutants" where it's just all the newer/younger mutants.
Still wondering if this launch is to shift the meaning of the New Mutants title and (some of) the originals will move to another book in Wave 2. (Of which one book was announced, but it’s a Wolverine solo.)

“I’m glad it was you. I’d have cut his bloody head off.”
The Duke of Savoy picked the right opponent to duel, even if he accidentally picked the best swordsman. It would have been a bit of a diplomatic incident if Porthos had lopped off his head in the middle of the throne room.
(Swordfighting!)
(Bee has all the furniture pushed to the side of the room, leaving just a biiiig empty floor space. While he waits for Megatron, Bee holds up his little wooden scimitar and poses with it.) Haha! Dodge! Parry! Thrust! SHORYUKEN! (He spins in place, holding his sword out like a death-helicopter.)
