Wow in amazement!!! My road Dawgs @iamspecialized SPORT cycling shoes took a beating as well. They were busted down to the white meat (if ya know what I mean). Yesterday the sun was out, 25 degrees Celsius, no clouds and I had the day off. Unusual for me for a week day. What did I do to make the most of if?

Went on a 100km ride with me, myself and my shadow. And new bike (more on that soon)! First long ride after my knee injury. Knee felt fine, no pain, managed to ride at a decent pace for the whole ride. Happy days. My knee feels a bit tired today, but I guess that is normal after the first long ride in a while. Looking forward to the next one! Up and onwards. - @RudyMelo
