He can watch dating shows...he can catch up with Housewives...but he can’t fuck with a show that got promoted by using an ethnic slur for Italians. He’s old and respects his heritage too much. 😔😔

    Penny taps the pack of cigarettes to his knuckle for a few seconds before it really dawns on him that he actually bought a new pack. He feels tension within himself as he thinks he maybe should quit, but if he wasn't human could it really hurt him? Whatever, that was a thought for another time. As he rips into the pack and pressing one of them between his lips and shoving teh box into his pocket. 

Before they move frantically to pat down his pockets, shit, shit , shit. His lighter wasn’t there and he finally accept that after the fifth time of patting down all the pockets he had and even  looking around on the ground as if he might have just dropped it. He finally rolls it between his fingers before reaching out to the other who seemed to be standing there for minute. Or at least he thinks so, 

                  “Hey, uh, long shot but... do you have a light?”

    To betray the slightest amount of his displeasure would undoubtedly translate into praise for the detective & the last thing he wants to do is give her what she wants. Quite the opposite, actually — as he awaits the moment her resolve cracks & she gives him what he wants. Either way, Mr. Rourke plans on being the thorn in her side ; the least he can do after Dakota’s mere presence has proven to throw wrenches in the cogs. Not all is lost! In fact, he seems to be enjoying navigating his careful step in this continuous dance of risk & enticement.

What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time?

        Television is a waste of time, but an enjoyable waste of time. Sal feels this way because fake reality television shows have taken the country by storm, and there’s a lot more marathons and reruns than there use to be in the past. Anyway, reality tv is trash. Complete and utter trash. But undeniably addictive.
