A Little Inspiration...
For our Creative Summit, we were asked to read a book and discuss at our meeting. I chose "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek. (Thanks Jenn Bonnet in NorCal for recommending)
Its all about how great leaders can think, act, and communicate the opposite of how everyone else does to inspire people. But it all starts with the "WHY."
"Any person or organization can explain what they do; some can explain how they are different or better; but very few can clearly articulate why."
I also created a visual aid for my creative counterparts as well as all the VM's to continually remind themselves to start with "WHY."
Enjoy! KP
