I wound up taking the day off from my phone line, because yes I am indeed burnout. For context I've been in this industry for 8 years. This includes realtime settings, such as strip/gentleman's club. Also online work. The way things currently stand, none of it has been worth it. In terms of making a living. I'll break it down for you in the following text.
In regards to realtime work, my experience has been fairly positive. If you can find an establishment where you feel somewhat comfortable going in everyday, stay there. Realtime is WAY more profitable than online. Just remember to set your boundaries as to what you will do / tolerate. While I understand safety is a huge concern, a lot of times these places have management and security to assist you. With real time the work the money is almost always instant. there maybe a lull here and there, but chances are you won't go more then a couple days without making money.
As far as online goes, the mild success I've had has been when I was solo. As in not running ads for companies on my social media. just being myself & attracting clients that way. Again I wasn't making a ton of money, but at least there was something coming in. Since getting joined up with what I though was a successful online company i have yet to make payout. Payout is a measly ($25) dollars, I've been actively working with them for a year. So embarrassing, especially for the amount of effort you have to put in. writing post , link sharing& creating "content" for them. Realtime you get dressed up and put on a show and receive a your money right away.
Unfortunately for me I'm now in the position where realtime work isnt really an option. The closets real time establishment, is hours away so not very convenient. I would have still gone just to see how the money was, but was told they were already fully staffed. So I am pretty much stuck with online BS until well , forever.
